Busy November for Referrals
So far this month we have provided house contents, food, toys and clothing for a family who had a house fire, a fridge freezer, pushchair, double mattress, weekly food shops x 7, double buggy, single bed, highchair, Christmas gift referrals, Christmas food box requests, saucepans, toaster, kettle, double bed, single beds and bedding, washing machine, fridge freezer, mirror, curtains, essentials boxes x 8, birthday presents x 4, cooker, bunkbeds x 3, mattresses for bunkbeds, rugs, double bed, freezer, clothing for 12 children in total – all for families who have escaped domestic violence, are living in poverty, where children have been neglected or where children have been taken away from a parent due to alcohol abuse. Thank you again to everyone who provides items and donates money – we couldn’t do all this without you

Providing Essential Transport for a Mum
Following the donation of the double buggy (and additional travel cot) -this is the response we received ……… “Oh my word, the kindness of people!
I have just delivered the double buggy (almost brand new) to our parent and she was absolutely thrilled! I relieved the lovely lady of a travel cot while I was there as well. Thank you guys again. We at school have been absolutely blown away by your response.”
We couldn’t do this without your generosity of donating pre-loved items such as these – so thank you. You can see how much difference it makes to someone in need.
Turtle Tots Fundraising Event

“We are delighted to announce that we will be raising money for a local charity in December! Ashley’s Birthday Bank is a Dorset Charity, based in Christchurch. They provide a vital service for many children and families in the Poole, Bournemouth & Christchurch area.

A super fun Christmas themed week in the pool Saturday 9th – Saturday 16th December. Come dressed up, and that includes the grown-ups if you wish! There will be songs, music, and games.
If you are keen to donate we are accepting cash or present donations which we can then hand over to the charity before the end of the year.
Christchurch Carnival Charity Donation
Thank you so much to Christchurch Carnival for choosing us as one of the charities to receive a donation from the Carnival this year. We attended the presentation evening, and were overwhelmed with their generous donation of a cheque for £500 and a mountain of brand new toys. (Also Nationwide match funded another £500.00 for us through this event) This will ensure all the children we are supporting this Christmas will have the best one ever!! Thank you!!
