What a fantastic start to 2017 with all the local support we are receiving. Molly Knight has chosen to fundraise for us in her quest to run 10k’s this year!!! What a brave challenge and we are so honoured that she has chosen us!!!
Please all support her by going onto her sponsor page. “My challenge to myself is to run 5x 10k’s this year, and a few shorter runs! I’m raising money for a local charity, Ashley’s Birthday Bank who provide help, advice and support to struggling families, single mothers and victims of domestic violence. They also provide birthday and Christmas presents to families where the children might otherwise not have got anything. There are so few places that support women and families in this way, and it is run by volunteers so 100% of money raised goes directly to those who need it. What an amazing charity! I’ve chosen to raise money for them because being a single mummy is hard in so many different ways, but not being able to give him everything I want to be able to is really tough. But I’m so lucky to have what I do have, and to have friends and family around supporting me, but many don’t have this and rely on charities such as Ashley’s Birthday Bank to support them.
